I'm a PhD student in Gymrek Lab at UC San Diego and my research tries to uncover complex regions of the genome. Recently, I've been working on using algorithmic and statistical methods to genotype tandem repeats.
I hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering (Digital Systems) from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. In my free time I like to try new restaurants, watch sports, and go to the beach.
